Platinum Service Level
This is the ultimate in terms of a holiday experience. If you are the type of person who settles for nothing less than the best of the best then VIP's Platinum service is for you. We liken this level of service to flying first class or on a private jet where ‘no is not an option' and complete indulgence is the order of the day. The following is a general outline of the services provided at VIP's Platinum level, but the sky is the limit in terms of what we can do for you.
- Personal contact at VIP who will design a complete itinerary specifically for your needs
- As much attention from your VIP guide as you require while you are in the resort and the full flexibility to change your mind about activities, restaurants etc as often as you like
- Full support of the rest of VIP office: arrangement of airport transfers, lift tickets, dinner reservations, non-skiing activities etc
- Private airport transfers
- Free grocery delivery throughout the entire stay
- Multiple days of ski/board guiding
- 24/7 personal service of dedicated VIP guide
The following is a list of some of the services/activities that we have arranged for guests in the past. We have also included a couple of sample itineraries so that you can have an idea as to what to expect. Some services that we have provided in the past include the arrangement of:
- Private jets to Pemberton airstrip (25 mins north of Whistler)
- Rental of Whistler's top homes (not normally rentable)
- Invention of Heli-tobogganing
- Heli-snowmobiling
- The building and event co-ordination for a private igloo party
- A private backcountry lodge experience
- A private function complete with a Native American cultural show
- Plus many other private functions tailored made for to the group's interests and requirements.
A couple of past itineraries are shown below to give you an idea of the different levels of service offered.(identities have been changed) The general idea is that Platinum guests can simply ask us for anything and we will find a way to make it happen.
